Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account and organization information: name, email address, role, and the organization you create or belong to.
• Operational data you submit: batch and custody records, vehicle GPS positions, temperature and other sensor readings, uploaded signatures, and documents.
• Billing information: handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor -- we don't receive or store your card number.
• Usage and log data: basic technical logs (such as request timestamps) generated by normal operation of the Service.

2. How we use information

We use this information to provide and operate the Service: authenticating accounts, generating chain-of-custody and Compliance Packet documents from the data you submit, displaying fleet and batch status, processing subscription payments, and sending account-related email (such as confirmation and password-reset messages). We don't sell your data.

3. Who we share information with

We share information with the service providers that make the Service work, and nobody else: Stripe for payment processing and subscription billing, and our email delivery provider for sending account-related email. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.

4. Data retention

We retain your organization's data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us at the address below.

5. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you submit, including access controls scoped to your own organization's data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie required to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Your choices

You can review and correct your account information at any time while signed in, and can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
